Statement
The Langport Skate Park Project is back up and running!
We want to involve the local skate community as much as possible with the project. Our aim is to create something that provides the most benefit to local skaters and we can only do that with their involvement.
Given the project’s history, there is some disillusionment out there about whether the Skate Park will actually happen.
We’ve taken this on board and when we engage with the community, we want to do so from a strong position. Because of this, please bear with us if you don’t hear anything for a while.
We are setting things up, securing initial funding and determining a site. We want to avoid what’s happened in the past and make sure that when we do start talking about the skate park, it’s because it’s going to happen.
